The St. Patrick's Parish Strategic Plan was developed based on a parish survey that was administered in the spring of 2020 - just prior to Covid-19 restrictions - and committee work that took place in the spring of 2022.
The Plan includes the development of vision, mission, and core value statements as well as the development of strategic priorities which include goals, objectives, action plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
